The program is similar to a semester-long, seminar course in which fellows discuss research literature on learning and how that knowledge can be translated into practical strategies to enhance student learning.

Upon successfully completing the program, each faculty member will receive a stipend of $4,000.

In the fall, fellowship meetings will be 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays from August 27 through December 3. The spring schedule is forthcoming.

Faculty members from all schools and colleges are invited to apply by sending one-page bio-sketches and cover letters indicating why they are interested in the fellowships to the UCITE office before June 16. No electronic submissions will be accepted.

For more information, contact UCITE at 368-1224 or ucite or go to http://www.cwru.edu/provost/UCITE.
