Fourth-year medical student Kasturi "Tina" Ghia receives warm congratulations from fellow student Todd Dardas after learning that she'll be completing her residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Deaconness Medical Center in Boston. During the annual Match Day festivities at the School of Medicine, Dardas learned that he will serve his internal medicine residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Across the country on Match Day, medical students learn where they will obtain the additional training necessary to practice and receive board certification.
