CWRU has partnered with infiNET Solutions to deploy the QuickPAY
billing and payment service in time for the University's spring
semester billing period.
QuikPAY, the billing and payment service offered by infiNET Solutions,
provides institutions with a comprehensive suite of solutions
to meet their ever increasing need to provide online and offline
services for all types of billing and payment transactions.
The first complete phase of CWRU's QuikPAY deployment allows
seamless access for students, guardians, and customer service
representatives (CSRs) to view CWRU's newly designed student bill
online and make payments to the account via eCheck. Without logging
in again, users may access the online payment service seamlessly
from the University's own Website.
"Case Western University is very pleased to be able to offer
to our students a paperless billing and payment option in partnership
with infiNET Solutions. We needed a solution that would easily
adapt to our current business rules and our newly launched student
statement. Students expect the same convenience and ease of access
in their dealings with CWRU as they experience with other services
like amazon.com and e-bay," explained Jack George, Director of
Financial Systems in the Controller's Office, CWRU.
"The QuikPAY team should be very proud of their achievement,"
said Hossein Sadid, Vice President for Business and Controller,
CWRU. "Our goal is to provide students and their families with
excellent service along with maximum efficiency. Access to online
payments for tuition and other University services has been near
the top of the student wish list for a couple of years."
Future phases of the CWRU QuikPAY deployment will allow other
payment options and provide a paper bill fulfillment service.
"The Bursar's Office is extremely excited to be a part of the
QuikPAY implementation. It is much easier and more convenient
for students to view and make payments to their account with the
new system. We're looking forward to the additional features,
and hope that students will take full advantage of QuikPAY," said
Gisele Mosley, the CWRU Bursar.

"We are thrilled to partner with Case Western Reserve to provide
QuikPAY to such a prestigious private institution," stated Harvey
C. Gannon, Chairman and CEO of infiNET Solutions. "QuikPAY's ability
to adapt to any university's business rules demonstrates that
our service is an obvious choice for institutions that are looking
for a full suite of billing and payment services."
As the market for billing and payment services within higher
education matures, more institutions are looking for a full service
offering to meet their needs across the entire enterprise. QuikPAY
is a proven solution to meet those needs.
