Engineered to perfection

by one of the 400 high school students who competed in the annual bridge building and racecar competition sponsored by the Case School of Engineering. A battery-powered car (below)—transporting a 12-ounce can of Pepsi inside the football—designed and built by another of the students pays homage to a hometown team. Both contests were conducted in Adelbert Gym.
