CWRU Campus Food Services is offering several expanded dining
options this school year, including a new north side, late-night
diner to be located on Bellflower Court.
A contest to name the diner-to be built by Diner-Mite, a company
specializing in lower-cost, higher-quality diners-is open to all
CWRU students through September 20. Students can submit diner
names at http://www.cwru.edu/finadmin/security/auxiliary/diner.htm.
Final name selection will be made by a committee of CWRU students
and University representatives. The winner will receive $250 in
CWRUcash. In the case of multiple entries for the chosen name,
a winner will be selected by random drawing.
Other new on-campus dining options that already are open include:
- a Quad "Grab & Go," open 11 a.m. to
3 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Sears building lobby
- the Art Studio Coffee Kiosk, open from
7:30 a.m.-10 a.m. and 5 p.m.-11 p.m. Monday through Thursday,
7:30 a.m.-10 a.m. Friday and 5-11 p.m. Sunday;
- Key Bank Internet Cafe, open from 7:30
a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Friday and Saturday in the Peter B. Lewis Building; and
- Fribley Cafe, open from 9 p.m. to 12:30
a.m. Sunday through Thursday in Fribley Dining Commons.
