Tennis
player becomes all-time leader in victories
With the help of his teammates plus a strong serve
and volley, Ameet Karambelkar has become the University's all-time
leader in victories. He broke the tennis record earlier this month
in a singles match against an opponent from Hendrix College. Karambelkar
is 84-39 (41-19 singles, 43-20 doubles) during his tenure at CWRU.

moves nature from its pretty scenery in the background of the country's
past to the forefront of history in his new book, Down to Earth:
Nature's Role in American History (Oxford University Press).

Four health and medical reporters visited CWRU
recently to receive a crash course in health care finance, quality
and delivery from CWRU faculty. The group came to campus under a
