President Edward M. Hundert pulls the lever and drops two pumpkins of different weights to test Galileo's theory that all objects fall at the same rate during the fifth annual Halloween Galileo Pumpkin Drop on the quad in front of Strosacker Auditorium. The event is conducted by the physics department.
