CWRU's Weatherhead School of Management provides one of the world's
best MBA programs, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit
(EIU), which publishes The Economist newspaper.
The Weatherhead School's MBA program ranks 38th among the top
100 full-time MBA programs in the world, according to the EIU.
The ranking is based on a school's ability to deliver the most
important elements-as identified by students-that students look
for in an MBA. Those elements include providing students with
new career opportunities or furthering their current careers,
personal development and educational experience, increased salaries
and the potential to network.
The EIU has been surveying the views of MBA students for 14 years
through its annual publication Which MBA? In addition to
data supplied by the schools, over 18,000 MBA students and alumni
were surveyed to give qualitative assessments of MBA programs
to determine the EIU's top 100 in the world.
