CWRU and the MetroHealth System announced an affiliation agreement August 15 that reaffirms a relationship between the two institutions that dates back to 1914. Their previous affiliation agreement was signed in 1993. |

Lenore A. Kola, a 26-year faculty member at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, will become dean of graduate studies this fall. She will devote half of her time to the graduate studies post, and the remainder to continuing her work on the MSASS faculty. |
