Jean and Theodore Castele were honored for their "True Blue CWRU" support during the May 16 dedication of the Castele Atrium, the fourth floor of Adelbert Hall. A $250,000 gift commitment from the Casteles supported completing the fourth floor with offices, conference space, and a catering kitchen. The Castele Atrium will serve as the hub of CWRU's philanthropic services. |

The Veale Convocation, Recreation, and Athletic Center continues to grow and improve as the result of the generosity of Tinkham Veale II. The latest addition -- the Veale Center Natatorium and Cardiovascular Exercise Mezzanine -- was dedicated Saturday, May 12. |

The Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing celebrated National Nurses Week May 6-13 with a reception for current students, faculty, alumni and friends. A special commemorative gift scarf went to the oldest and youngest nurses in attendance -- Peg Wilt, a 1945 diploma graduate of the school, and Cynthia Hasman, a first-year B.S.N. student. |
