Kozol to give commencement speech;
six honorary degrees to be awarded

Jonathan Kozol, an author and social activist, will give the keynote address during CWRU's Commencement Convocation at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, May 20 in the Veale Center. Kozol will receive an honorary doctor of humane letters degree. Other honorary degree recipients this year are Eunice "Kitty" Ernst (science), Nobel laureate Sheldon Glashow (science), Robert Lockwood Jr. (humane letters), Alix Kates Shulman (humane letters), and Evan Turner (humane letters).
