Case Western Reserve University is changing the face of dental education with the construction of a new $2.5 million Multimedia and Simulator Facility for students. Scheduled for completion in 2002, this revolutionary building project adds a rare dimension to the preclinical experience for students that puts the School of Dentistry at the cutting edge of dental education.

By combining the digital technology of KaVo workstations with the sophisticated dental patient simulator capabilities of DentSim, the School of Dentistry is building the best combination of technology for its students. CWRU is one of the first in the world to create this powerful combination of technologies and integrate them into the curriculum. The new Multimedia and Simulator Facility will enable students to learn techniques sooner and with greater skill. And best of all, students will gain the confidence and competitive edge for success in the dental profession.

For more on the DentSim workstation, see the School of Dentistry Web site at http://www.cwru.edu/dental/casewebsite/.
