Activate your Case network ID and create your password. Your network ID is your passport to Case’s networking and computing services (SIS, Webmail, Software Center, and more…). It is composed of your first, middle, and last initials followed by numbers (eg.abc123)
Go to: https://its-services.case.edu/my-case-identity/activate/
- You will receive a PIN to activate your account via email. The email will be sent to the address you provided on your application.
Once your email and Case ID are active, you will be able to log into locations on the Case website that require the Case Single Sign-On Service. You will also be able to check your email via WebMail@Case (https://mail.cwru.edu/).
You must register for classes before obtaining a Case ID card. To obtain a Case ID card, please bring with you one form of government issued photo identification (e.g. a driver's license, state ID, passport, etc.) and copy of your class schedule to Access Services, located in the basement of Crawford Hall.
Parking permits for the Case campus can also be obtained at Access Services.
