Mammogram Mondays

Do You Qualify for a FREE Mammogram?

Do you have a physician?
If YES:
• Obtain the Mammogram order from your physician
• Contact scheduling 216.636.8000 Monday thru Thursday
(7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.) and Friday (7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.)
• Tell scheduling it’s “Mammogram Mondays” program

No Physician…No Problem!
• Call 216.761.7684 for more information

Although marketed as “Mammogram Mondays” patients can schedule Monday through Friday to receive the free mammogram. No age restriction (if you have a family history of breast cancer, Mammogram Baseline age is 40 years of age), transportation will be provided as needed within a 5 mile radius and uninsured patients that require follow-up will be referred to Huron Hospital Community Health Center 216.761.8992.

This is a grant funded program to provide free mammogram screenings for qualified women with no insurance. Huron Hospital, in partnership with The National Breast Cancer Foundation and Colgate Palmolive, is sponsoring “Mammogram Mondays.”
