The Office of the Provost and the Office of Finance and Administration sponsored several sessions of Budget and Financial Management at Case 101. The series addressed such topics as: How does the university invest its money? How are resources allocated between central administration and the schools? and What are the dynamics between financial accountability and academic priorities? Senior administrators responsible for budget and academic planning present the basics of budget development and management and discuss the alignment between financial and academic priorities.
