The College Trivia Club will run on October 13-14, 2001, the Bachelors Undergraduate Trivia Tournament and the Don King Undergraduate Trash Tournament on the Case Western Reserve University campus in Cleveland, Ohio.

Teams consisting of eligible undergraduate college players (as well as any outside freelance writers) must submit packets to the tournament organizers by September 30. There are separate curriculum distributions for the Bachelors and the Don King tournaments.

To be eligible, you must be enrolled as an undergraduate student at your represented institution without having received your Bachelor's degree. Participants with Bachelor's degrees may still compete at these tournaments if their degrees were conferred within the past 12 months of the start date of the competition.

Entry fees for the competitions:

For each event

$75 for the first team (no more than six players)
$50 for each additional team
$15 discount for each staff person (maximum 2 per team)
$ 5 discount for each buzzer system (maximum 2 per team)

Packet fees and submission deadlines

One 25/25 packet is required to compete in Bachelors, and another 25/25 packet is required for Don King!
$25 discount for each single packet submitted by September 1
$10 discount for each single packet received by September 15
Complete packets must be submitted by September 30, or you may forfeit your spot at the tournament.

Minimum entry fee for American and Canadian teams: $40 USD per team.
Canadian teams

Eligible Canadian teams may pay their fees in Canadian-value (effectively a 30% discount), but payment must be made in USD. All Canadian teams must pay the $40 USD minimum fee.

British teams

Any eligble British team may attend the tournament for FREE provided they submit a packet by September 30; only packet penalty fees will be assessed, and payment of those fees must be made in USD.

Registration information will be available as plans are made.
