Approved April 2, 1998: The Trivia Club has approved a change in policy regarding carrying balances from teams that drop unexpectedly at our future tournaments: after December 31, 1998, teams that do not notify us at least 3 days in advance of the tournament registration period cannot request a refund of their money! We may also begin to enact a surcharge for on-site payment for our competitions. We regret causing this inconvenience to the teams, but it has become apparent that the effective execution of our tournaments is becoming severely compromised by having teams drop without our knowledge.
