As graduation nears for the Class of 2004, preparations are being made for celebrations and commencement. One of the events planned is the annual Senior Week, which will start on Thursday, May 6.

This year’s theme will be Veni, Vidi, Vici, which means “I came, I saw, I conquered” in Latin. “We thought that this would be a good theme that encompasses everything we’ve learned here and all the accomplishments we have made,” senior class president Kumi Agawa said.

Senior Week allows students to hang out and relax with friends after finals and before commencement and the start of the summer.

“The events give us the opportunity to unite together again as a class and reminisce on all the memories we have here. It’s a time when the cliques dissipate and everyone just comes together,” Agawa said.

Although Senior Week is a celebration hosted by seniors, all Case students are invited to purchase tickets and participate in the festivities.

Tickets will be sold in Thwing Atrium up until the last day of finals from 11:30-1:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Pricing information for seniors and non-seniors will also be available at Thwing.
