Grace Petot taught the courses in food science, dietary patterns, and nutrition and aging and had a joint appointment in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics.. She is a retired member of the American Dietetic Association and the Institute of Food Technologists. She served as a CWRU freshman advisor and was the administrator of the HVH-CWRU Nutrient Data Base. Her research included the Modification of Diet in Renal Disease (MDRD), a multicenter clinical intervention study. She is currently a co-principal investigator studying adult lifetime dietary patterns in a case control study of risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease. She has a faculty appointment with the CWRU Center on Aging and Health and the Memory and Aging Center of CWRU and University Hospitals Case Medical Center. She worked closely with Cynthia Marling on the Case Based Menu Planner (CAMP) http://epbiwww.cwru.edu/camp
