Polly is currently working in a three-way partnership with the Arts Lab, Lynn Morris at NICD in Johannesburg, South Africa, and Edward Holmes at Oxford University. They are studying the comparative molecular evolution of HIV-1 subtypes, with a specific interest in the genetic basis of viral fitness.
