TREU-MART FELLOWS
The Fellowship experience has provided me with a deeper feeling of
success when working with youth - a positive feeling. I sometimes
question whether I am being effective in my job and the Fellowship has
helped me understand that I can make a real difference for kids. The
Fellowship has also helped me to better understand what is going on when
youth misbehave and taught me to seek to understand - not judge.
