The Morning After (the Board Meeting)
Nonprofit leaders – board volunteers and executive staff – face daunting challenges in today’s tough environment. One of the biggest challenges to overcome is the sense that Board-Staff communications and work is at cross-purposes. This sense of conflict can appear most high right after a Board meeting. Join Dr. Paul Salipante in an engaging conversation about reducing the tension and making these vital relationships work.
Led by Paul F. Salipante, Jr., Ph.D., Professor of Labor and Human Resource Policy, Weatherhead School of Management, and Mandel Center Program Faculty, Case Western Reserve University
