Links for New Leaders is a parallel program to Leaders’ Links. It is run the same way and has the same goals for participants. An additional benefit is that veteran EDs, who participate in Leaders’ Links, will make themselves available to talk, support or help new EDs as they work through organizational and professional challenges.
