Who came to Cleveland and changed it forever? Teaching Cleveland connects educators, youth, and community members to the city’s history and provides a collaborative forum for examining and addressing the current challenges facing Greater Cleveland. In this lecture, Teaching Cleveland’s Executive Director will discuss where immigrants settled and why and discuss the European immigrant and Black migrant experiences in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
