While anti-Semitism never disappeared from American life, the last half decade – beginning with the shooting at Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh and running through the ongoing aftermath of October 7, 2023 – has seen a resurgence bucking the trend of progress in this arena since World War II. The session examines the cultural, political, religious, and economic trends that have given rise to this resurgence and explores the outlook for coming years.
