Students will be able to add or make changes to their selected meal plans online. The site for making changes for Fall semester 2013 will be available beginning July 1, 2013 through the first Friday of Fall semester , September 6th at 5p.m..

CaseCash is a convenient way to purchase a variety of items including books from the University Bookstore. Additional CaseCash Deposits can be made online at www.caseonecard.com either by billing the student's tuition account or using a credit card. Deadline for adding CaseCash through the tuition account for Spring 2013 is March 7, 2013 at 5pm.

Students can request CaseCash refunds on leaving the university or at the end of the spring semester of each academic year by emailing a refund request to mealplan@case.edu. Please provide student seven-digit identification number.
NOTE:The remaining CaseCash,( including meal plan CaseCash) minus a $15.00 administrative fee will be mailed to the primary student address as is appears in SIS. Students are responsible for ensuring that the mailing address is current and correct.
