This incident took place off campus but Case Police & Security Services want to inform the campus community of the incident.

Location of Incident: East Boulevard at Bellflower Road

Date of Incident: Sunday, August 30th, 2009

Time of Incident: Approximately 8p.m.

Incident Description: A CWRU student was walking on East Boulevard near Bellflower Road when he was approached by a male who after a brief conversation brandished a dark colored handgun and demanded money. After taking the victim's ATM card the suspect fled on foot down East Boulevard towards Wade Oval.

Suspect Description: The suspect is described as a white male in his mid to late 20's, 5'10 160lbs with a goatee. Suspect was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, light blue jeans and tennis shoes.

Additional Information: The investigation is ongoing.
