Arts & Sciences
Each academic department forwards their requests to A&S Sciences' Dean's Office(Ken Klika)
Engineering
Each department has their own approval contact. Carol Dietz acts as the overall contact for engineering or if one of the departmental approvers isn’t available.
MSASS
All requests go to the MSASS facilities office and approved requests are then forward to Access Services. Bill Haller is the primary approver.
Weatherhead
All requests are submitted by the WSOM registrar’s office for students. Anyone else needs the approval of Laura Watt.
Law School
All requests are submitted by the Law School registrar’s office for students. Anyone else needs the approval of Alice Hunt.
Med School (including BRB, Med School and Pathology)
Each department forwards their requests to the Med School facilities office and then to Access Services if need be. Jill Stanley and Sharon Callahan are the primary contacts. ARC authorized approvers have permission to send their requests to Access Services directly.
Nursing
All requests are submitted by the Nursing School registrar’s office for students. Anyone else needs the approval of Kathy O’Linn.
Dental
All requests are submitted by the Dental School registrar’s office for students. Anyone else needs the approval of Cindy Archibald.
