a bulletin board or fixing a piece of furniture, awritten request to the Customer Service Center is necessary.
This written request can be done by e-mailing us at
facility@po.cwru.edu
or by completing the Work Order Request Form
and faxing it to us at 368-4651. Specific departmental needs are billable to the department and will
require a billingaccount number with the written request.
Custodial Services
Custodial
service concerns should be phoned into the Customer Service Center at 368-2580. Depending on the request, some
custodial services will be done during the evening. Scheduling of specificcleaning needs, including carpet
cleaning, should be done in advanceof the date needed.
Pest Control
Pest control services on campus are provided by three separate pest control contractors.
Pest control services include regularly scheduled routine maintenance and 24 hour response for as
needed services. Contact the Customer Service Center at 368-2580 for any pest relatedconcerns.
Equipment Disposal
If you have old or non-working equipment
that you want to dispose of, contact the Customer Service Center at 368-2580.
Equipment that we are pertaining to generally comes from laboratories on campus.
This equipment has to go through a process in
which Safety Services clears the
equipment and approves it as safe for disposal. The Equipment Disposal Form
needs to be completed and faxed to Cathy Hach at 368-8594. We will request a clearance
of the equipment from Safety Services and have the equipment removed for disposal. Equipment that may need
to have freon or other sources removed will have that done prior to disposal. You will be billed for the
moving of the equipment and the removing of the freon, etc. An outside contractor is contacted to remove
freon and oil from -80 freezers which makes disposal of this equipment a bit more costly.
