We are distributing the new bar-coded "Meter Request Cards" to all university departments.
Our new cards are preprinted with your department's speed type. No More trying to remember your speed type, it's on your uniquely designed bar-coded meter request card.
We are equipped with new technology that scans your bar-coded card and instantaneously input your speed type into our postage meter machine's accounting system.
We ask that each department respond to this notice by September 24, 2004, so that you may begin to use your new meter request cards by our target date of October 1, 2004.
