November is American Diabetes Month, and we invite you to learn more about this serious disease. Diabetes can lead to potentially life-threatening complications such as heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, blindness, etc. University representatives from 1-to-1 Fitness and the Department of Nutrition will give us information on prevention through good nutrition and exercise, and how to work these two components into our busy workday schedules.
When/Where:
- Thursday, November 19, 2009, Nord Hall, Room 310, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
