Human Resource Administrators' Meetings

The August 2011 session was presented by Employee Relations to discuss the process for addressing behavior issues via the Communication and Expectations (I-2), Work Environment/Professionalism (I-7), and Positive Corrective Action (III-3) policies. (See presentation). Examples of documentation are contained in the presentation to aid in preparation for counseling employess and commencing formal corrective action for behavior issues that you may encounter. The May 2011 session was presented by Employee Relations to discuss the process for addressing excessive absenteeism via the Attendance (I-9) and Positive Corrective Action (III-3) policies.
