QuikPAY® is Case's online student billing system.
Students will receive email notification when a bill is available and can login to the my.case.edu portal to view the bill, make a payment, check billing and payment history and review current account status. You can even setup authorized payers, like your parents, to receive billing notifications and make payments on your behalf.
Highlights of the QuikPAY® system include:
• Access your account 24/7 from any internet connection.
• A variety of payment options including: eCheck, Discover® card, pay by mail or in person.*
• View or print previous invoices for up to 12 months.
• Account balances updated daily. On-line payment history available immediately.
• Authorized third-party payers (i.e. parents, sponsors, etc.) can submit payments on your behalf.
• Have QuikPAY® announcements, payment confirmations, etc. sent to a second email address.
* Some types of transactions will incur a convenience fee.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I continue to receive paper bills? Yes, paper bills continue to be an option for those with special needs. Please contact the Bursar's Office if you wish to receive a paper bill.
Do you accept any other credit cards besides Discover®? Due to stricter rules and larger fees imposed by other credit card providers, Discover® Card is the only card accepted for tuition payments. You are welcome to pay, however, by eCheck, check, cash, money order or directly from your savings account.
How can I add an authorized payer to my account? If you would like someone else to have access to View and/or Pay your bills, simply add them on as an authorized payer in QuikPay®. To do this, just log through the portal and select the Authorized Payer option on the left side of the page. Follow the simple instructions to manage your authorized payers. Authorized payers will be notified when a new bill is available.
Why aren't my parents automatically set up as authorized payers? Due to federal regulations established by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) students must authorize their parents to view and pay their tuition bill. Tuition bills are the responsibility of the student and only the student can control access to his or her bill.
