Beginning with the December reports due in early January, the following reports will be available on-line only at https://www.cwru.edu/cgi-bin/byrequest/getreports.pl:
• CWGLS009 - Income and Expense Statement for Operating and Instructional Funds
• CWGLS010 - Income and Expense Statement for Endowment Funds
These reports will no longer be printed on paper and delivered by General Accounting. If you do not currently have access to the on-line statements please have your supervisor or department administrator contact Daryl Robinson at dwr2@case.edu to request access. You must have a current CaseID (formerly known as CWRUnet ID) to access the on-line reports. If you are not a Case employee and do not have a CaseID, you must request one. The request form is available on-line at http://cnswww.cns.cwru.edu/net/netinfo/affiliate-request.html. You will need to supply your CaseID when requesting access to the On-line Report Distribution System.
The CWGLS011 - Expense Statement for Project/Grant Funds will continue to be printed until further notice.
PLEASE NOTE: Only the reports mentioned above are available on-line. All other reports will continue to be distributed on as they have been in the past.
