The Matlab® Frisbeetm Shrine Haiku Corner

Matlab Frisbee makes
for entertainment and fun
writing bad haiku.

Those responsible
should be shot on sight for their
crimes to poetry.

As with all else here
Mike writes lousy intro. Blame
Dan, Eric for the rest...

The Hand of Dan Hath Writ:

Squishy joyful disk
Happy employees enjoy
I throw it at Mike.

Friend to lackey pit
Blue message of happiness
Flying through the air.

A whirring of air,
Something strikes upon the keys
Now we boot again.

Eric Waxeth Poetic:

The Matlab Frisbee
Is like an anvil, only
Round and soft and blue.

A blue blur aloft
As lackeys hoot and scamper
Friday comes again.

Squishy blue disk of
Joy at seeing the flight of
Mathworks' shining jewel.

A blue disk edge-on
Growing larger each second
I choose to duck. Safe!

Email from Yalies/Showing that everybody/wants into the act:

Dan, I saw your site
About the Frisbee Haiku
We have too much time...

-David Shechner

Another victim/scrawls his words upon the web/Enter Geoff Wedig

Dan had told me of
your site of joy for people
across this great globe

The Matlab Frisbee
has found a welcome place in
my heart forever.

I shall not forget
all the joy your site has brought
to a wretch like me.

Write your own haiku
About joyful blue Frisbee
And send it to us!

(Watch your syllables
Lest it be rejected. We
want five-seven-five.)

(Did you notice that
this whole page is haiku? Dan:
"That's bitchen-grüven!")

Back to the Matlab
Frisbee Shrine to witness more
of its wondrous ways
