W3C CSS1 Test Suite: The first official W3C testing resource, this is simply a series of test pages which not only provide the means to test browsers, but also decriptions of the target rendering. The suite is updated about once a month.
Web Review's Style Sheets Reference Guide: An entire site devoted to organizing information about CSS, including a number of charts which document browser conformance in detail.
