This page is admittedly skeletal right now. I hope to flesh it out in the near future. In the meantime, you may find this link useful:

What is this ring's purpose?

Stated simply, the Cascading Style Sheets WebRing is intended to bind CSS reference information together. It is not a "cool-lookin' page" ring. I'm trying to connect pages which document CSS support (or the lack thereof) in various user agents, explain CSS tips and tricks, and other information about style sheets and their use in the real world. If you have such a page, please submit it for consideration! I'll take a look, and if it seems useful, I'll add it to the ring and send you e-mail with the HTML you need to add to your page.

Note that if you have mutiple pages available, I'd prefer that you register whichever page is central to the others, and only that one. If you have pages which cover different aspects of CSS, without much relation to each other beyond the topic of CSS, you may register each one separately. The idea, however, is to let ring users jump from site to site, not from page to page.

What the heck are Cascading Style Sheets?

That's a question that needs a pretty big answer. Too big, in fact, for me to tackle with any authority in the space I have available. I do have some suggested sites for you to investigate:
