Graduation Announcements, convocation and diploma ceremony tickets will be available to pick up in Graduate Student Services (PBL 150) from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tickets will be available at the PBL security desk April 22-25th from 5-6:30 p.m. All envelopes not picked up will be available starting at 8 a.m. in PBL 150 on May 19th.

Doctor of Management Graduation Reception: Dively Pavilion

Convocation Robing Location and Line Up (Graduates): 103 Peter B. Lewis Building. Continental breakfast will be provided.

Open for questions and commencement ticket pick up.
University Convocation: Veale Center
This is a ticketed event. Each student can receive a maximum of 2 guest tickets. Guests not seated by 9:15 a.m. will be asked to wait until after the procession clears the aisles. Convocation is for all Case Western Reserve University students. Diplomas are only given out following the Weatherhead ceremony in the afternoon.
Family Appreciation Lunch: Tent next to the Peter B. Lewis Building. This event is open to all registered Weatherhead graduates and their guests.
Weatherhead Awards Ceremony: Tent next to the Peter B. Lewis Building
Dessert Reception: Tent next to the Peter B. Lewis Building and in the Peter B. Lewis Building. This event is open to all registered Weatherhead graduates and their guests. There are no tickets for this event. Guided tours of the Peter B. Lewis Building will be offered at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. To start the tour, please meet at the PBL security desk. Tours will be offered in Mandarin and English languages. A kids tent will also be available with arts and crafts next to the luncheon tent, please note that children should not be left unattended.
Graduates report to assigned room in the Dively Building for line up by program.
Doors open to guests at Severance Hall. Please note that the Law School ceremony guests will be exiting as WSOM guests are arriving. This is a ticketed event.
Diploma Ceremony: Severance Hall 11001 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio
Speaker: Daniel B. Hurwitz - Chief Executive Officer of DDR Corp.
This is a tickets event. Following Commencement, Rental Cap and Gown Drop off Location is the University Bookstore at East 115th and Euclid.
Diploma Pick Up: Dively Pavilion
Please bring a picture ID to pick up your diploma. Diplomas will be available for all May 2013 graduates during this time. All diplomas not picked up by 7:30 p.m. on Sunday will be available in PBL 150 for one week following graduation, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. The University is closed on Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day. On May 28th all remaining diplomas will be mailed to the address listed on the graduation application. Any questions about diplomas should be addressed to wsom-grad@case.edu.
A professional photographer will take a picture of each graduate receiving his or her diploma. Since professional photographs will be available, family members and guests are encouraged to remain in their seats, relax and enjoy the ceremony.
