Grad fair
You can purchase and pick up your cap and gown at the Case Western Reserve University Grad Fair at University Bookstore in Uptown at Euclid and E. 115 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. or contact the University Bookstore in person or by phone at 216.368.2650.

Tickets
Convocation tickets will be mailed to August 2012 and January 2013 graduates. May 2013 graduates can pick up tickets in person from MSASS Room 121.
Be sure that all your financial obligations to the university, including outstanding tuition, any parking or library fines, are paid. Diplomas will be withheld until financial obligations are met.

Reception: MSASS
Nominations are being accepted for the Irene Sogg Gross Service Award. This award was established by Milton Gross to honor the memory of his wife, a MSASS graduate in the class of 1940. It is given to a member of the graduating class, chosen by his or her peers, “in recognition of outstanding interest and accomplishments in the areas of humanitarian service.” A plaque and a small cash award will be presented at the commencement ceremonies to the student named by his or her classmates.
