The Commencement Office is looking for dependable Case Western Reserve University employees and students to help us make commencement 2013 a special and memorable day for our graduates. We would like you to consider sharing your day with our graduates and their families.
Employees interested in volunteer must receive approval from a supervisor and complete the form below.
Student volunteers who live on-campus are eligible for a housing extension through Monday, May 20, paid for by the Commencement Office. Student volunteers must email their housing information to Cindy Barker at csb37@case.edu by Friday, April 26, to receive an extension.
Please be prepared to arrive no later than 7 a.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Details on check-in and your assigned position will be provided at a mandatory meeting at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Veale Center.
