I submitted the registration form and can't remember if I signed up for tickets, what should I do?
Check with your school Commencement coordinator, the coordinators receive reports on who has registered and will be able to assist you. You may be able to receive tickets if extras are made available after the initial distribution. Extras will be redistributed to your school Commencement coordinator.

I am a January 2008 graduate still living on campus and I plan to attend Convocation this year. Where should I pickup my tickets?
Please remember to include your current mailing address information on your registration form, all January 2008 and August 2007 graduates will receive their tickets via mail after April 15, 2008.
I would like for my whole family to attend the ceremony. I have 3 sisters and 2 parents and only 3 tickets to the ceremony. Can I secure more such that my sisters can join us?
In addition to the Convocation tickets that you will receive, we will provide additional seating for those who have more guests/family members attending than there are tickets available, in the Horsburgh Gymnasium in the Emerson Physical Education Center. The Gym will be equipped with large-screen video projection providing an excellent view of the proceedings. Although we do understand the desire to have tickets for your entire family to attend, the initial allotment for the University Convocation tickets for each graduating student cannot be changed.
Since not every graduate chooses to attend Convocation, there is a chance that extra tickets may become available for general distribution at a later date. Extra tickets, if available, will be given to each school for distribution. Contact your primary school coordinator to find out the method of distribution as soon as possible (the listing of school coordinators can be found on the ceremony page).
