Maggie Eby, MPH (she/her) currently serves as a confidential Student Advocate for Gender-Based Violence at Case Western Reserve University. As an advocate, Maggie provides students with short-term crisis intervention, resource coordination, information, and other forms of support when they experience gender-based violence. Maggie has previously worked to improve health equity and addressing social determinants of health through the Ohio Department of Health and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Maggie has both a Masters in Public Health (Epidemiology) and a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences from Western Kentucky University. Prior to graduating from WKU, Maggie attended Grinnell College. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys spending time with her cat and dog (Frank and Beans, respectively), writing music, and watching horror movies.
