Department of University Studies

Rather than being offered by a particular school or department, university studies courses represent multi-department and multi-faculty efforts.

University studies courses are intended to offer integrated views of the world, crossing conventional disciplinary lines. As such they are structured to show the relationships among various fields of study. Emphasis is on perspectives and on the excitement and satisfaction gained through knowledge of the many fields of inquiry which reflect human curiosity and creativity.
