Final Stats

CLEVELAND, OH (October 4, 2009) - Case Western Reserve University sophomore outside hitter Rachel Suchy (Venetia, PA-pictured) recorded a match-high 19 kills in the Spartans 3-1 (25-23, 18-25, 25-18, 25-21) win over Brandeis University today at a University Athletic Association (UAA) Round Robin in Rochester, New York.

With the win, the Spartans improved to 14-2 overall and 2-0 in the UAA. They face nationally ranked Washington University in their final match of the tournament.

Senior setter Ashley Gan (Kettering, OH) had a season-high 40 assists in the match. Senior libero Andrea Lamont (Huntington Beach, CA) recorded her 11th double figure dig performance (15) against Brandeis.
