CLEVELAND, OH (September 5, 2009) - Case Western Reserve University sophomore outside hitter Rachel Suchy (Venetia, PA ~ pictured) recorded a team-high 17 kills to lead the Spartans in a 3-0 (25-13, 25-19, 25-20) win over Defiance College at the Mt. Union College Invitational. With the win, Case Western Reserve improved to 2-1 on the season. Sophomore middle hitter Tricia McCutchan (Hamilton, OH) added 11 kills.
