CLEVELAND, OH (September 4, 2009) - The Case Western Reserve University volleyball team bounced back from a opening round lost to Alma College tonight with a 3-0 (25-21, 25-16, 25-19) victory over Oberlin College in their second match at the Mount Union Invitational.

Sophomore middle hitter Tricia McCutchan (Hamilton, OH ~ pictured) had a team leading 13 kills and added five blocks. McCutchan, who was a AVCA Honorable Mention selection on the All-Great Lakes Region Team in 2008, finished the day with 20 kills in two matches. Sophomore outside hiter Rachael Suchy (Venetia, PA) added 10 kills against Oberlin [15 total].
