ABOUT THE EVENT
Guest director Shira Kammen joins the CWRU Collegium Musicum for a concert of music from Medieval Iberia! This concert samples from the Cantigas de Santa Maria, a set of over 400 songs praising the Virgin Mary attributed to Alfonso the Wise, and features the music of Medieval nuns and monks preserved in the Las Huelgas Codex and the Llibre Vermel de Montserrat.
