Folland: Real Analysis plus additional material as needed
We will cover parts of Chapter 4, Chapters 5, 6 and, additionally, aspects of operator theory.

Grading
The grades will essentially be determined by homework, a midterm
exam and a final exam or
something equivalent.

1 midterm exam: 100 points
1 final exam: 200 points
Homework: 100 points


Homework assignments:
Problems will be assigned weekly; selected problems will be graded.
