| 1915 | AFTER six months in the army Glasser was wounded at Pont a` Vendin, France. A bullet penetrated his upper arm and shoulder. WHILE recovering from this injury he enrolled at the Albrecht-Ludwig University in Freiburg im Breisgau to study physics, mathematics, chemistry, mineralogy and geology. |
