Executive Education – Developing Leadership through Emotional Intelligence

Through the division of Executive Education in the Weatherhead School of Management, administrators, principals, and teachers develop powerful leadership skills. The individual programs in the series are designed to increase participants' capacity for self-awareness and self-management, and help them effectively apply these skills to better management and inspiration of themselves and others.
